Position: Graduate Trainee – ProcurementEmployment Type: Fixed term contractPhikwa Enterprises is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Graduate Trainee to join our Procurement Department. This programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities• Assist with sourcing goods and services in accordance with company procurement policies.• Support the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.• Monitor deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock management.• Support contract administration and supplier performance reviews.• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.• Recent graduate (within the last two years).• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.• High level of integrity, attention to detail and professionalism.What We Offer• Practical, hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.• A supportive and collaborative working environment.
