BURSAR’S DEPARTMENT4.1 Graduate Trainee (4 Posts)

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities Receiving Payment Vouchers. Raising RTGS payments. Processing payments through pay net system. Writing manual cash book. Paying attention to detail. Be able to work after hours and weekends. Minimum supervision is required. Paynow reconciliation. Student debtors’ reconciliation. Transferring students to Presumed Withdrawn and raining credit notes. Reconciling graduated students and raising charges.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience A Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting; Finance; or Accounting and Finance.
