Job Purpose The Lecturer is responsible for delivering teaching and learning activities, conducting research, and contributing to academic program development within the Medical-Surgical Nursing subject area. The position supports curriculum delivery, student supervision, and scholarly research activities, providing quality teaching and supporting student academic development. Qualifications Academic Qualifications  PhD in Medical-Surgical Nursing or a closely related discipline from a recognized university, OR A relevant Master's degree registered for PhD candidature to be considered. Professional Qualifications / Membership Registration and valid practicing status with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK), where applicable, and membership in relevant professional/academic bodies. Relevant Work Experience 3 years' university teaching or research experience is an added advantage, with evidence of research publications or academic research potential.
