Job Description
Manage and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for fresh products on a regular basis (every 2–3 days), including additional PO from Sales due to force majeure or demand spikes.
Conduct vendor mapping for 200+ fresh produce SKUs, ensuring the right vendor allocation for each product.
Allocate supply quantities across multiple vendors (e.g. 1,000 pcs split into 5 vendors) based on delivery performance, quality, and pricing.
Perform weekly vendor price updates and negotiations, including system updates in WMS and regular vendor monitoring.
Monitor inbound processes from vendors to warehouse, ensuring on-time delivery and managing potential delays or rejections.
Actively participate in daily OOS meetings and daily operational updates related to supply and demand.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing
Proven ability to handle category management initiatives and manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
Highly detail-oriented, ambitious, and organized with strong ownership and bias for action.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
