Meath , The Foreperson is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while also managing the necessary equipment and materials. This includes ensuring that all Company and legal regulations are followed, that all required documentation is completed, and that daily work on site is properly recorded. Key responsibilities for this job include: Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of workers and/or subcontractors. Establishing and monitoring work schedules to meet productivity goals. Supervising and training workers. Ensuring that all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Supervising the use of machinery and equipment. Resolving issues as they arise. Liaising with managers and contractors to address operational challenges. Determining or recommending staffing and other needs to meet productivity requirements. Fluent Portuguese and English speakers with strong written and verbal communication skills.
