Job Description

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily F&B operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Supervise and support service staff during daily operations and events.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain food, beverage and service quality standards.
Conduct staff briefing, assign duties and monitor team performance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and company SOPs.
Assist in monitoring stock usage, inventory control and operational requirements.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Support the execution of banquets, functions and special events.
