Salary:
Gross Salary: KES 150,000 – KES 180,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative experience to support executive leadership. The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate critical communication, and maintain high standards of confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Job description
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, itineraries, and meeting agendas for leadership.
Draft, edit, and review executive communications, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership, board members, clients, and internal teams.
Oversee special projects, executive committee meetings, and organizational events from inception to completion.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative role supporting C-suite or senior directors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent understanding of Islamic cultural norms, executive etiquette, and community engagement protocols.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, calendar management software, and document control systems.
Core Competencies: Exceptional judgment, acute attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and absolute discretion.
