Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's Lagos office to ensure efficient business activities.
  • Supervise office staff and coordinate daily workflows to maintain operational excellence.
  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and inventory.
  • Liaise with mechanics, body technicians, logistics providers, suppliers, and other external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up on customer leads and support customer relationship management initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the company's social media activities and provide basic marketing support.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and other reports for management.
  • Support the planning, establishment, and coordination of the company's real estate operations as the business expands.
  • ‎Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and overall business efficiency.
  • ‎Perform other executive support and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

‎Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • ‎Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, Office Management, or Administrative role.
  • ‎Demonstrated ability to manage business operations with minimal supervision.
  • ‎Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • ‎Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital productivity tools.
  • ‎Experience managing social media platforms and basic marketing activities is an added advantage.
  • ‎High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • ‎Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly Salary (depending on qualifications and experience).
