Engineering Manager

Job Description

Lead system architecture and technical decision-making.

Ensure scalability, security, performance, and coding best practices.

Oversee code reviews and technical documentation.

Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.

Act as the main technical liaison between clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with leadership, HR, and stakeholders for resource planning and team development.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

7+ years of experience in software engineering.

2+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead / Engineering Lead / EM).

Strong expertise in system architecture, scalable systems, and secure development.

Experience with Javascript, Git, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on coding capability is required.
