Embroidery Machine Operator / Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor embroidery machines to meet daily production requirements.
• Change needles, threads, bobbins, and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Assist with hooping fabrics, threading machines, and preparing garments for embroidery.
• Conduct routine maintenance and report any technical issues promptly.
• Ensure quality control of finished products before delivery.
• Take photos/videos of embroidery work in progress and finished pieces for social media content.
• Assist in posting updates and promoting products online.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum WASSCE / HND.
• Basic technical aptitude and common sense to troubleshoot and solve small mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Willingness to learn embroidery machine operations.
• Prior experience in embroidery or textile operations is an advantage but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility to meet production deadlines.
