QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Panther Products Philippines, Inc. has been a trusted manufacturer of appliance protection products for over 50 years. We manufacture and supply extension cords, AVRs, UPS, transformers, and other electrical products to Filipino homes, offices, factories, and schools nationwide.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our growing team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct 100% quality inspection and testing of finished products.
  • Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs when necessary.
  • Identify product defects and coordinate with the Production Team to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Record and document quality inspection results, defects, and non-conforming products.
  • Ensure that all inspected products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Affix product barcodes and ensure proper packaging after quality inspection.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Ensure that tools and testing equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Electronics-related course (College or Vocational).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Familiarity with electronic circuits, electrical components, or mechanical systems is an advantage.
  • Able to read and understand wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electronic testing, electrical assembly, and basic troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
  • Has good problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
