Job Description

• 1. Sales Support & Lead Generation

Assist in researching and identifying potential enterprise clients through online tools, databases, and industry events.

Help qualify inbound leads and support outreach efforts through email campaigns and LinkedIn.

• 2. Proposal Development & Deal Support

Contribute to the development of customized proposals and presentations that align with client goals and challenges.

Support documentation and coordination during negotiations and contracting phases.

• 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Join client meetings to observe discovery sessions and understand client needs.

Assist in preparing meeting briefs, follow-up notes, and client communication.

• 4. Event Coordination

Help coordinate webinars, seminars, and roundtable events in collaboration with marketing and client teams.

Support logistics, content preparation, and post-event analysis to measure impact and engagement.

• 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with internal teams to gather case studies, product updates, and market insights for sales materials.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

• 6. CRM & Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Support preparation of weekly pipeline reports and performance dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

A final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

Strong communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with an interest in sales.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and willing to learn CRM tools.
