Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Mobilize deposits and achieve assigned business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
• Conduct regular market visits and client engagements.
• ⁠Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely loan repayments where applicable.
• Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wealth management, relationship management, account management, or business development within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, or other financial institution.
• Strong deposit mobilization and customer acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ⁠Professional certifications in banking or finance will be an added advantage.
