Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
Process customer requests, orders, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
