Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules, ensuring proper setup of workflows, parameters, reports, and user roles. Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and contribute to resolving client support tickets related to ERP functionality. Participate in user training sessions to help clients understand system workflows and technical features. Develop skills in technical accuracy, responsiveness, troubleshooting, and ERP process support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
