Job Description
Company: MegaPlay Arcade Limited Position: Counter Sales Personnel Location: Kitengela Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers.
  • Recommend suitable products and upsell where appropriate.
  • Process sales accurately using the POS system.
  • Receive payments and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized counter.
  • Monitor and replenish stock.
  • Receive and arrange new inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Promote current offers.
  • Prepare daily sales and cash reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Certificate/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
  • Retail or counter sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer/POS skills.
  • Honest, organized, and dependable.
  • Able to meet sales targets.

 Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

KPIs
  • Monthly sales targets achieved.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Cash handling accuracy.
  • Stock accuracy.
  • Punctuality and attendance.

Compensation
  • Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
