Position Overview
The successful candidates will ensure timely meal preparation, efficient kitchen operations, proper food storage, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus.
• Ensure food quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages.
• Receive and store food supplies appropriately.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Minimize food wastage through proper portion control.
• Maintain daily food production records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support menu planning and meal preparation schedules.
• Assist during special events and catering activities.
• Maintain kitchen inventory and utensils.
• Follow occupational health and safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
