Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning projects before site work begins.
• Preparing project schedules.
• Managing manpower.
• Coordinating procurement requirements.
• Supervising site teams.
• Managing subcontractors.
• Monitoring quality.
• Managing project costs.
• Preparing weekly progress reports.
• Managing client communication.
• Leading project meetings.
• Driving adoption of Zoho Projects.
• Developing junior engineers and supervisors.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Essential Requirements

• Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Technology.
• Minimum 8 years construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing commercial building projects.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership ability.
