Structured and mentored training to anchor market visibility, dashboards and dataanalytics, growth opportunities and innovation, digital presence, market executionexcellence, brand creative space, market research and team collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Segmented Digital Presence & Creative Storytelling FMCG & Wellness Content: Create high-frequency, lifestyle-driven social media content (videos,imagery, and copywriting) for to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) buzz. OTC & Prescription Medication Communication: Draft informative, highly accurate product literaturetargeted at retail pharmacies, wholesale buyers, and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Multi-Channel Storytelling: Adapt brand messaging across channels, switching smoothly between themas an ecosystem.2. Analytics & DashboardsCategory-Channel Performance Dashboards: Build and manage segmented data tracking dashboardsto measure sales, distributor trends, and retail stock levels across all product streams. Deadline & Pipeline Enforcement: Monitor launch timelines, track advertising approval cycles, andchase deliverables across functions to guarantee speed-to-market. Market Research: Gather local market intelligence on competitor pricing, consumer skincarepreferences, and prescribing trends within Zimbabwean clinics and pharmacies.3. Targeted Event Management & Agency Interaction Divergent Event Coordination: Plan and execute distinct event types, ranging from consumer-facinglifestyle activations (FMCG/Wellness) to formal medical symposia and clinical roundtables (OTC/Rx). Agency Briefing & Alignment: Translate multi-category requirements into precise briefs for creative,digital, and print agencies, ensuring brand consistency across all portfolios. Inter-Departmental Liaison: Act as the central node linking the commercial team with R&D, QualityAssurance, and Regulatory Affairs to align market-facing launch dates with production realities.4. Commercial Backroom & Compliance Financials Commercial Backroom Admin: Manage promotional material inventory, distribute detailing kits to sales,and log regulatory approval certificates. Financial Tracking: Track budget allocations across the four product divisions, ensuring marketingspend is accurately categorized and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: At least a 2.1 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, orrelated degrees, with a demonstrated flair for digital presence and ability to work in a fast pacedpressure environment. Experience: 0–2 years. Experience managing consumer brands, running digital campaigns, oranalyzing market data is highly valued. Language: Flawless professional English, paired with strong Shona or Ndebele communicationskills to write authentic consumer-facing content. Competencies: Data visualization and dashboards, graphic design, story-telling, analyticalmindset, timeliness and accuracy, team collaboration, results driven, adaptable and minimumsupervision. Not older than 25 years by 31st December 2026.
