Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate should prepare excellent local and international meals
• Follow recipes and video instructions
• Manage grocery shopping and kitchen stock
• Maintain high hygiene standards
• Work independently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• At least 2 years of proven cooking experience in a private home, hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian cuisine and the ability to prepare a variety of international dishes.
• Willingness and ability to learn new recipes by following videos, recipes, and detailed instructions.
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Yoruba/Igbo is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking direction when needed.
