Job Description

Cork , P12 EV90 Cheesemaker required to assist in the production of various cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, halloumi, feta, ricotta, paneer, cheddar and yogurt, all made exclusively by buffalo milk sourced locally from our farms. Key requirements: - Knowledge of food safety & quality - Some experience in cheesemaking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Organisational and leadership skills for the supervision and guidance of support staff What We Offer: - Full-time permanent position. - 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday. - Competitive salary based on experience. - Accommodation can be provided. - Opportunity to work with a respected Irish dairy business. - Training and career development opportunities.
