Job Description
Core Responsibilities  Define the startup’s unique value proposition and long-term strategic roadmap. Build agile operational frameworks, workflows, and technology stacks from scratch. Lead aggressive customer acquisition strategies to penetrate the . Capitalize on the sister firm's historical reputation to fast-track market trust. Collaborate with the sister firm’s leadership to unlock cross-selling opportunities. Provide regular strategic updates to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and licensing requirements. Foster a fast-paced, innovative startup culture centered on client advocacy. Implement performance-driven compensation structures and incentive models. Qualifications Experience & Education Minimum 8–10 years in insurance brokerage or healthcare leadership is a must. Proven experience launching a business unit, startup, or new division. Experience working within a group of companies or multi-entity structures. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare; MBA is a plus. Skills & Competencies Ability to build systems independently. Existing executive-level relationships with major health insurance carriers. Expert at shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
