We specialize in the metal music scene and aim to grow by discovering talented bands and artists across Europe and by expanding our distribution channels. Additionally, we thrive on providing promotional solutions that strengthen the connection among bands, artists, the media, and fans. What You Will Be Doing: Use your keen sense for this music genre to scout talented bands across Europe, secure contracts with them, and meet release targets. Develop and manage key distribution channels, collaborate with other record labels and distributors, build strong relationships with key partners, and plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales. Develop promotional strategies in collaboration with media outlets and PR agencies. Assist bands in planning European tours and coordinate marketing campaigns. Who We Are Looking For: We are eager to find a passionate soulmate who loves metal music, understands its rich history and nuances, and has substantial, successful experience in both the physical and digital media industries. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, demonstrating consistent success in achieving targets and generating growth. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets independently Bonus: Strong connections with merchants who are ready or likely to join us.
