Business Relationship Officer (Credit Officer) – 10 Positions (Nairobi, Nakuru & Mt Kenya)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market, promote and sell credit solutions to prospective customers
• Recruit customers and conduct thorough loan appraisals
• Follow up on loan repayments and maintain a quality loan book
• Manage credit risk and maintain strong portfolio quality
• Drive customer retention and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare accurate monthly performance reports
• Achieve set sales, lending and portfolio performance targets

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Banking, Co-operative Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in micro-business and logbook lending
✔ Proven experience in sales, marketing and portfolio management
✔ Computer literate with good reporting skills
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
✔ Passionate about credit and financial services
✔ High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
✔ Strong ability to manage customer relationships and credit portfolios
