Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
• Promote and sell Ariele Communications' data products and digital services.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers.
• Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet monthly sales and customer engagement targets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
