Nami Beauty is defining what prestige beauty + wellness means. We've expanded from Accra to Lagos. And we need a Brand Manager to own our story.

You're not managing social media.

You own:

• Brand narrative — Who we are, why we exist, why people care
• Messaging — How we talk about ourselves across every touchpoint
• Partnerships — Sourcing + vetting brands that align with our positioning
• Community — Organising events that build culture
• Consistency — Protecting our brand from dilution (including saying no to discounts)

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years in brand strategy or brand management (luxury brands preferred)
• Excellent writer (brand narrative, copy, strategy docs)
• Someone who believes quality is non-negotiable
• Someone who will push back on decisions that dilute the brand
• Someone who sees prestige + warmth as equally powerful

Who we're NOT looking for:

• Growth hackers chasing viral moments
• People who think discounting drives bookings
• Social media managers (different role - you will hire for this role)
• Anyone comfortable with off-brand partnerships for quick revenue

Location: Accra Salary: 4,500 - 5,000 GHS/month Start: ASAP
