Job Description
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
Talent Sourcing: Headhunt passive and active candidates using professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn or job boards like Kalibrr, Glints or Indeed).
Compliance Checks: Ensure all recruitment practices and background checks comply with the strict regulatory and data privacy standards of the company.
Candidate Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate or agency talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to the banking or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of finance-specific roles and the ability to evaluate a candidate’s financial acumen
Familiarity with behavior-based interview methods (CBI) and strong proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and reporting.
