Requirements:

• O' Level Certificate.
  
• Certificate In Food And Beverage Sales & Service From A Recognized College.
  
• Well Groomed With Good Customer Service Skills.
  

Duties:

Bartender/Waiter Will Perform The Following Responsibilities: -

• Courteously Greet And Sit Guests.
  
• Engage Guests And Help Them Make Their Order.
• Continuously Liaise With Relevant Departments To Ensure Guests Receive Best Services.
  
• Help Guests To Understand What Other Services They Can Enjoy In The Hotel Besides Food And Beverage.
  
• Help Guests In Settling The Bills By Explaining The Required Payment Process.
  
• Where Possible Get Guests Feedback To Help In Improvement Of Service.
