BANQUETING SUPERVISOR ×1

Location: Harare

The company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the following position which has arisen within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Supervise the Banqueting team, ensuring service efficiency and quality.* Manage operations, inventory, and events.* Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.* Lead and train staff, ensuring compliance and discipline.* Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.* Manage revenue, costs, and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

* A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality.* Personal charm to greet guests, organizers, hosts and VIPs.* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
