Review existing Agile processes, coaching individuals and teams on Agile roles and responsibilities and supporting the development of standardized documentation to reinforce our Agile governance and framework
.
Work closely with delivery teams and the Agile Delivery Committee to ensure Agile principles are consistently applied and continuously improved across the organization

- As an
Agile Coach, you will:
Review and assess the organization’s current Agile practices, frameworks and ceremonies.
Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in existing Agile workflows.
Provide recommendations to enhance Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and team members to deepen their understanding of Agile roles and responsibilities.
Support individuals in applying Agile principles effectively in their daily work.
Provide guidance on Agile leadership and servant leadership practices.
Work directly with Agile teams to improve collaboration, delivery cadence, and continuous improvement.
Observe and provide feedback on Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews).
Help teams adopt best practices for backlog management, estimation, and sprint execution.
Assist in defining or refining the organization’s Agile governance model.
Support alignment across teams to ensure consistent application of Agile frameworks and practices.
Recommend metrics and reporting approaches that support Agile delivery without introducing unnecessary overhead.
Help develop standardized Agile documentation, templates, and guidelines.
Contribute to the creation of an Agile playbook or framework documentation.
Ensure documentation supports scalability and consistency across teams.
Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies or related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
At least 5 years’ experience working on a variety of Agile projects, using various frameworks, across industries including banking and finance.
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (or similar scaling approaches).
Experience coaching both individuals and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to improve Agile maturity within organizations.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, CSM, or equivalent).
Experience building or improving Agile governance frameworks.
Experience developing Agile playbooks, standards, and documentation.
Background working with technology or product delivery teams.
Coaching and mentoring.
Organizational change facilitation.
Agile transformation support.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
Continuous improvement mindset ability to use and support MS Office applications.
Excellent team player skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective human relations skills.
