Affiliate Partnership Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional to help grow our business through strategic partnerships online. Essentially, you will identify, recruit and develop a community of affiliates, influencers, and other content creators to promote our products and services on social media platforms, particularly Tiktok and Instagram.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building communities, and using social media to drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators on Tiktok and Instagram.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and partnership meetings both online and in person.
• Manage the full affiliate partnership pipeline from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop outreach campaigns through Tiktok, Instagram, Whatsapp, email, and other digital channels.
• Support affiliates with onboarding, product knowledge, marketing resources, and best practices.
• Track affiliate activities, partnership performance, and engagement using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation, recruitment campaigns, and partner success initiatives.
• Achieve monthly business development, partnership, and revenue targets.
