- Duty Station: Chilangoma, Blantyre, Malawi
- Reporting To: Principal

- OVERVIEW
Stephanos Foundation, a Reformed Christian faith-based international NGO committed to improving the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children in Malawi, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support, coordinate office systems, maintain records, and assist with student administration and reporting processes at the Foundation.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with student registration and maintain fees and academic records.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to departments.
- Coordinate record-keeping systems, office administration, and reporting procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventories, and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare reports, analyse administrative data, and provide information and support services.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar administrative position.
- SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong record-keeping and administrative skills.
- Ability to analyse administrative data and prepare reports.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and professionalism.
