Job Description

Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Assist with inventory, sales, e-commerce, and payment gateway reconciliation when required.
Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and account schedules.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Manage staff claims, petty cash, and company expenses.
Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
