• To key in customer receipts and perform daily closing.
• Key in receivable & system updates.
• To key in payment vouchers Assist with the execution of a new account opening for a new customer.
• Record Journal & Closing Entries
• Daily Closing - Cross check journal and ledger VS Cash Book

B. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

• To prepare monthly ageing report.
• To handle e-commerce knock off & reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly aging.
• Email customers SOA & CTOS Reminder.
• Follow up CTOS reminder customers on payment.
• Issue CN for rebates and trade partner A&P.
• To handle company monthly closing.

C. ACCOUNT PAYABLE

• Overseeing creditor ageing for payment scheduling.
• Overseeing debtor ageing.
• Perform supplier reconciliation.
• Reviewing GL to manage all accounting transaction.
• Raise Payment and Initiate payment

D. PAYROLL RELATED

• Processing salary & system updates.
• Approval and checking of Staff Claims
• Monthly Payroll: Commission
• Monthly Affiliate payment report

E. MONTHLY CLOSING & MANAGEMENT REPORT

• To manage inventory values: Closing value is updated in Stock Closing Value.
• To manage inventory values: Stock write off record in journal.
• Prepare full set of Financial Statement - P&L, BS.
• Prepare fix asset schedules & depreciation Bank Recon Statement.
• Resposible for auditing financial documents and procedures (Yearly) - Management acc- Creditor ledger+ageing, Debtor ledger+ageing, GL
