Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of bank statements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
• Support audit preparation by compiling relevant financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal procedures.
• Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
