Job Description

Collaborate closely with the internal Business Development team to conceptualize and develop compelling creative pitch proposals for events and activations.
Provide creative input and visual direction, transforming ideas and concepts into visually impactful designs.
Independently develop key visuals and design assets from initial concept to final execution.
Interpret and translate client briefs accurately to ensure the creative output aligns with project objectives.
Design and produce a variety of creative materials including, but not limited to, event key visuals, photo walls, branding collaterals, entrance arches, stage designs, engagement/activation booths, logos, customized structures, and other related visual assets.
Oversaw fabrication build-up in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
Liaise with the client to ensure clear communication and alignment with project requirements.
Maintain a strong sense of design, with attention to detail in color coordination, layout, and typography.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactiveness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of highquality outputs while working under tight deadlines and pressure.
