Engineering Technician Utilities Biosimilair

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Technician to support operations within a biosimilar manufacturing facility.

The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning, maintenance, and availability of pharmaceutical utility systems in a highly regulated GMP environment.

Job Requirements

Education : 

• BTS or Bachelor’s Degree in: Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation

Experience : 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biosimilar manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Main Competencies : 

• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical and bioprocess utilities, including HVAC, Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam, compressed air, and other critical utilities.

• Solid understanding of GMP requirements applicable to utilities supporting biologics and biosimilar manufacturing.

• Ability to read, interpret, and work with technical drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation.

• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history tracking.

• Strong troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rapid intervention capabilities on critical utility systems.

• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for pharmaceutical utility equipment.
