Responsibilities:
Develop compelling video concepts that align with our brand and content strategy Script, plan, and produce high-quality videos of varying lengths for different platforms Leverage AI video generation tools to create innovative visual content Edit footage to ensure the final product tells a cohesive and engaging story Create attention-grabbing thumbnails and preview clips for social media Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align video strategy with overall goals Stay updated on emerging trends in video content and AI video generation Analyze video performance and make data-driven improvements Requirements:
2+ years of experience in video production, digital storytelling, or a related field Demonstrated ability to create engaging video content that drives views and engagement Experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Synthesia, or similar platforms Strong understanding of storytelling principles and how to adapt them for different formats Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and optimization strategies Excellent communication and creative thinking skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects A portfolio showcasing your video work, particularly examples that demonstrate your storytelling ability Nice to Have:
