The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for administrative support programs to include but not limited to task management, cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS), Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, and unit recognition program. Directly assists the commander/director by managing and serving as the primary source of information for all administrative support programs, including but not limited to task management, cybersecurity liaison, Government Travel Card (GTC), Defense Travel System (DTS), fitness, and security programs. Serves as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) and Manpower office. Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative work in support of the organization. Develops, establishes, and maintains office procedures, records, and files to ensure efficient operations.
