You will formulate, analyze, and monitor the financial execution of the Transportation Commodities/Services, the Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) overhead budget, and the Operating Target Transportation (OPTAR TR) budget for the installation. You will monitor the utilization of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) against plans, reviewing for overall consistency, potential problem areas, areas of imbalance and formulate adjustments required to maintain an effective program.
