About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade, located at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Serve as Team Chief and Senior Intelligence Analyst for the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade (Cyber) Conduct in depth analysis of the Threat by country and group in order to rapidly respond to their activities. Coordinate efforts across the Cyberspace Operation (CO) spectrum with the Joint community and other agencies within the Department of Defense/Department of War. Fully understands the United States SIGINT System (USSS), United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs), Intelligence Oversight, and all facets of Information Operations, focusing on Cyberspace Operations (CO). Experienced with the National SIGINT Requirements Process and understands national-level systems capabilities and limitations. Possess broad knowledge of global telecommunications technologies and methodologies, computer networks, security, hardware, and operating systems. Supervise assigned military and civilian personnel; provides technical guidance to assigned contractor personnel performing a variety of intelligence, IO and Cyberspace Operations (CO) support functions. Identify professional development and training needs for improvement of self and subordinates.
