About the Position: The Strategic Planner, GS-0301-13, serves as a Special Access Program (SAP) Strategic Planner for the Headquarters US European Command (EUCOM), Operations Directorate, Information Operations and Special Activities Division, supporting the division's mission in forming strategic capabilities and services to the command, Department of War (DoW), Joint Staff, and other government agencies within the command's area of responsibility (AOR). Advise leadership on new SAP processes, ensuring SAP-enabled tools and initiatives are integrated into strategic plans. Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) to integrate SAP capabilities into theater plans and crisis response. Monitor SAP budgets, tracks resources, and develop executable plans to support operational requirements. Provide operational oversight for SAP systems during experiments, training, and theater scenario exercises. Coordinate with Joint Staff and combatant commands to report threats and share real-time SAP operational data.
