Day Shift Only: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, MNL time/ (8:30 am to 5:30 pm Sydney Time), fixed Weekends off.

The role
Duo Tax is seeking experienced, driven specialists to work alongside its Australian teams.
This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you must reside in Metro Manila (NCR); and other regions such as Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Pampanga (Clark only), and Cebu City will be considered.(WFH).

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced sales specialist to support us offshore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real estate, Property Management, Finance, Sales, or a related field, excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to handle a variety of inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
Develop and build effective sales to identify and secure new business opportunities
Conducting up to 100 client calls daily and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
Collaborate with in-house teams to develop solutions for clients
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
What we're looking for
Must be residing within Metro Manila (NCR) or other stated locations (100% WFH).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate or finance industry
Must have your own computer /home office set up (Windows 11 PC only, Strictly No MacBook’s) , ready to go.
Must have a primary internet and backup internet
Must have a back up power supply
Must have a 2nd monitor
Must have 16 GB of RAM (minimum)
Must have at least 100 GB of free storage space
Minimum 4 Core CPU - Intel Core i3 (8th Gen+)/ AMD Ryzen 3 (2xxx/3xxxg)
Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools
