Job Summary:
The Construction Project Engineer (Electrical) plans, designs, and oversees all on-site electrical installations.
This role ensures that electrical project scopes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with quality and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and integrate electrical plans and drawings with architects and civil engineering teams.
Develop work schedules, monitor expenses, and manage electrical project budgets.
Supervise on-site electrical contractors, manage workforce and material resources, and strictly enforce safety protocols.
Resolve technical site issues, troubleshoot design conflicts, and provide engineering solutions.
Act as the main liaison for electrical concerns among clients, consultants, and contractors, providing regular progress reports.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
At least 3–5 years of solid experience in construction project engineering or electrical design.
Strong understanding of construction processes and deep familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
Proficient in AutoCAD and standard project management software.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills; proven capability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
