You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the PAE Maritime, DPAE, Modernization & Sustainment / PMS 451 DDG Modernization 2.0 Program Office of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. You will serve as the principal advisor and recognized subject matter expert for Major Defense Acquisition Program-equivalent Adaptive Acquisition Framework requirements. You will serve as a direct liaison to multiple stakeholder organizations across Congressional interest, DoD, Navy, and Industry, both internally and externally, to align priorities and requirements in support of acquisition and contracting plans. You will provide overall management of acquisition review processes, lead development and strategic planning for all acquisition documentation, milestone reviews / program engagements, and all acquisition reporting requirements. You will liaison with service-wide requirements officers, financial and budget analysts in support of program Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution. You will lead development and evolution of the program independent cost estimates to inform acquisition documentation and annual budget submissions. You will support comprehensive industrial base assessments considering impacts of surface Fleet schedules, modernization plans and acquisition strategies. You will develop, coordinate, and execute all contracting related milestones, documentation, communications and solicitation requirements. You will support industry engagements, competitive assessments, evaluate opportunities to align objectives across the surface ship modernization portfolio, and conduct market research.
