This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities with Joint Staff Special Technical Operations cell and senior point of contact for commanders and decision makers across the military services, the intelligence community, Coalition partners, and unified Combatant Commands. As a PROGRAM MANAGER at the GS-0340-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Program Manager to Chief, Special Technical Operations Division. Develops plans, tasks, and schedules for day-to-day activities as well as long-term, enterprise-wide program improvements. Serves as Program Security Officer. Responsible for program management and execution of all security policies and requirements. Provides security matter expertise to Government Program Manager. Serves as central Billet Access Request manager. Reviews and analyzes Special Access Program and other security policies and procedures for division support.
