We are currently hiring Part-Time Home-Based Online English Instructors to be part of our growing team!
Part time schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00PM–9:00PM
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
All qualified applicants will undergo a comprehensive FOUR-WEEK ONLINE TRAINING before starting.
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (via Zoom)
Paid Training: PHP 200.00 – 250.00/day (released upon passing the final demo)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
College level or graduate; teaching experience is optional but must be trainable
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools
Must be a resident of Metro Manila, Luzon, or nearby provinces
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Main Device: Laptop or Desktop
MacBooks and mobile devices are not accepted due to the incompatibility with the LMS application.
Internet: Minimum of 100MBPS Internet Connection
Preferably Globe, PLDT, or Converge.
Internet connection must be connected via LAN Cable.
Processor: At least i3
RAM: 4GB
Windows Edition: Windows 10 or 11
Headset: A noise-cancelling headset
The preferred brand would be Logitech.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct one-on-one phone and video classes for Korean students
Monitor and evaluate student progress
Perform other related tasks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
PT Compensation & Benefits:
Starting hourly rate: PHP 120.00 - 200.00/hr with or without students.
Hourly rate range can be increased depending on the results of the quarterly performance evaluation.
If your productivity is between 70%-79%, you'll receive an extra PHP 500.00 per month.
If your productivity is 80% or above, you'll earn an extra PHP 1,000.00 per month.
Compliment/referral/recognition incentive and holiday pay.
Salary Payout: Every 15th and 30th of the month
