What You'll Do
Deliver structured, interactive English lessons using ready-made materials
Teach one-on-one and small group classes with young learners aged 4–12
Use props, Total Physical Response (TPR), and hands-on techniques to keep kids engaged
Give clear, constructive feedback to track student progress
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging online classroom
Submit class reports and documentation accurately and on time

Minimum Requirements
University graduate (any 4-year course)
Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
TESOL or TEFL certificate (120 hours), or willingness to complete one
At least 2 years of experience teaching children, online or in-person
Strong spoken English proficiency
Genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners
Philippine bank account for payroll
