Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the LPG plant and associated facilities.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and operational resources.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for management.
Supervise the Plant Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed effectively.
Minimize operational downtime through proactive planning and resource management.
Ensure operational procedures comply with industry best practices.
Oversee the QA/QC function to ensure consistent product quality and service standards.
Ensure compliance with all quality management systems and operational procedures.
Investigate quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous quality improvement across all operational processes.
Provide oversight for the maintenance and functionality of company facilities and utilities.
Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational at all times.
Coordinate major repairs, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
Champion a strong safety culture across all operations.
Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Lead incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve operational excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the operations team.
Develop and manage departmental operational budgets.
Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Ensure efficient procurement and utilization of operational resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, HSE, or Quality Management are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within the energy, LPG, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial sector.
At least 3 years in a management position.
Proven experience managing cross-functional operational teams.
Key Performance Indicators:
Plant uptime and operational efficiency.
Compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
Quality compliance and reduction in quality incidents.
Equipment availability and maintenance performance.
Operational cost optimization.
Timely completion of maintenance schedules.
Team productivity and performance.
Customer service and operational turnaround time.
