Manages the initial intake of newly procured or transferred assets, ensuring accurate physical inspection, reconciliation with shipping documentation, and prompt entry into the accountable property system of record (APSR). Coordinates with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) to ensure equipment is managed according to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements as well as military and civilian government employees. Identifies equipment shortfalls and drafts detailed specifications or purchase requests to support mission requirements; ensures all procurement actions align with authorized unit allowances and fiscal constraints.
